What you will do

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of payment operations professionals, including hiring and performance management.
• Oversee daily operations across ACH, wires, cards, RTP, FedNow, and emerging payment rails.
• Ensure timely settlement, reconciliation, and compliance with NACHA, Reg E, and AML/KYC standards.
• Drive implementation of new payment products and lead operational transformation programs.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Product, and Risk teams to align operational priorities with business objectives.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and provide insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of payment or banking operations experience.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of ACH, Wire, RTP/FedNow, and card payment networks.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
