Senior Product Designer (Mobile Focus)

Senior Product Designer (Mobile Focus): Building end-to-end UX for mobile applications and experiences with an accent on design systems, information architecture, and usability research. Focus on leading agile UX processes, influencing product outcomes with research and storytelling, and collaborating with Engineering to deliver high-quality interaction flows.

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Tuesday–Thursday on-site; Monday & Friday virtual)

Salary: $65–70 per hour (W2 only)

What you will do

• Influence Product Owner decisions using UX best practices, design principles, and research within agile methodologies.
• Lead end-to-end UX design from ideation through execution, including visual style, interface, and interaction flow aligned to design standards and patterns.
• Create wireframes, visual mockups, conceptual diagrams, and prototypes using systems thinking and information architecture.
• Plan and run usability testing and research (heuristic reviews, user interviews, remote unmoderated, and in-person testing) and act on feedback while managing UX deliverable changes.
• Present work to stakeholders using clear storytelling and provide status updates with tools such as Rally, Jira, and Aha!.
• Mentor other designers and collaborate with Engineering to implement solutions efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio covering end-to-end design processes.
• Proficiency with design tools and project management platforms such as Rally, Jira, and Aha!.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for communicating design concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups with systems thinking and information architecture.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship (not open to H1B candidates).
