What you will do

• Develop logic design, RTL coding, and simulation for IP blocks and subsystems.
• Participate in the definition of architecture and microarchitecture features of the designed blocks.
• Optimize logic to meet power, performance, area, and timing goals for physical implementation.
• Review verification plans and resolve RTL test failures to ensure feature correctness.
• Support SoC customers for high-quality IP block integration and verification.
• Drive quality assurance compliance for seamless IP-to-SoC handoff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant logic design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Unrestricted work permit for Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in System Verilog, UVM, or OVM.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
• Knowledge of VLSI, structural/physical design flow, and industry-standard BUS protocols (AHB, PCI express, IOSF).
• Experience in testbench development and formal equivalence.
