What you will do

• Shape delivery rhythms and project plans to eliminate blockers and drift.
• Coordinate content teams, subject experts, and external suppliers toward shared deadlines.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for all production stages.
• Monitor delivery health and communicate risks early to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and supplier costs to ensure efficient delivery.

Requirements

• Experience driving complex projects from initiation to delivery, managing priorities and risks.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder alignment across functions and make difficult delivery decisions.
• Skill in building scalable processes and using data for early risk detection.
• Practical problem-solving skills with a structured execution approach.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate and optimize project delivery.
