What you will do

• Oversee the health, stability, and scalability of CI/CD infrastructure to support product delivery.
• Monitor and respond to system outages to maintain high availability and operational standards.
• Develop and implement CI/CD strategies, governance, and architecture for security, compliance, and resilience.
• Optimize compute and storage usage to balance resource efficiency with developer experience.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CI/CD tooling in collaboration with other engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with CI systems, specifically self-hosted GitLab (or Jenkins, Buildkite).
• Experience with cloud-native Deployment and GitOps solutions such as ArgoCD (or Flux, Spinnaker, Harness).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Experience running, monitoring, and developing systems on Kubernetes using Helm.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain clear technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building and operating continuous integration with GitLab.
• Experience building and operating deployment platforms based on ArgoCD.
