Location: Must be based in Campinas, Brazil, to work on-site every day.

What you will do

• Lead Android development efforts for a major financial sector client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient code using Kotlin and Java.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage agile deployments and maintain system stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Campinas, Brazil, for daily on-site work.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong proficiency in Android development with Java and Kotlin.
• Experience with dependency injection (Dagger/Hilt) and architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean).
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, JUnit, and Espresso.
• Conversational English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-module architecture migration.
• Knowledge of E2E automation with Appium.
• Familiarity with Adobe marketing tools.
• Experience with feature toggles and trunk-based development.
