What you will do

• Design and document end-to-end project management processes including intake, planning, and execution.
• Build reporting layers such as status dashboards, portfolio views, and risk tracking.
• Identify and automate repetitive PMO tasks using AI tools like Claude and Batch Plan.
• Pilot AI-assisted workflows for drafting updates and summarizing project data.
• Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to ensure process adoption.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Tunis for hybrid work.
• Hands-on experience coordinating at least one real project (academic, internship, or volunteer).
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure messy inputs.

Nice to have

• Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, or no-code/low-code automation.
