Senior Software Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Build and maintain a high-quality React application.
• Integrate frontend features with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex issues across the stack while improving performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and promote consistent engineering standards.
• Work with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver features end to end.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical direction, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional web development experience, including 5+ years using React.
• Senior-level experience with mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong React knowledge, including hooks, functional components, and state-management patterns.
• Solid TypeScript skills and experience with type-safe frontend development.
• Strong understanding of secure web development, particularly in financial or regulated environments.
• Experience with browser debugging, performance optimization, unit and integration testing, and agile delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS services relevant to frontend workflows, such as S3, API Gateway, and Lambda.
• Experience building fintech or banking applications.
• Familiarity with feature-driven modular architecture, Module Federation, and micro frontend architecture.

• Technical interview covering coding, architecture, problem-solving, and the submitted test, followed by a final interview with Engineering leadership.
