What you will do

• Create digital designs for 360-degree promotional and advertising campaigns across video, web, and email marketing.
• Produce professional motion graphics that meet broadcast industry standards.
• Develop on-screen packaging for programming and design assets for live sports events.
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and the creative team to deliver brand-aligned solutions.
• Maintain and evolve the hirify.global master brand and identity for non-live content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional motion design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong conceptual and creative design, art direction, and typographic skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from London or Leeds, UK.
• Portfolio demonstrating up-to-date motion design work.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Figma.
• Strong understanding of AI and current industry updates in AI-driven design.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, and brand-building.
