Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Raanana, Israel (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Validate financial data accuracy and investigate system anomalies.
• Design and maintain automated reconciliation processes for the close cycle.
• Execute large-scale financial data loads, transformations, and migrations.
• Develop and maintain self-service reports and analytics for finance stakeholders.
• Drive AI and automation pilots to optimize finance workflows.
• Support system rollouts, process improvements, and M&A integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or corporate finance with financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in working independently with data and building analyses.
• Understanding of core finance processes including close cycles and financial controls.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Raanana, Israel.
