What you will do

• Support medication management inquiries within RN scope and escalate complex cases to providers.
• Monitor and follow up on care gaps between provider visits to ensure continuity.
• Document patient interactions accurately in compliance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with providers and operations teams to refine care management workflows.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the United States.
• Minimum 4 years of mental health experience.
• Minimum 6 months of telehealth experience.
• Ability to work independently within a controlled substance telehealth environment.
