What you will do
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for B2B products and features.
- Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and retention.
- Identify growth opportunities specifically in European and North American markets.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design teams on positioning and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and build scalable growth processes.
- Coordinate external partners, agencies, and freelancers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in international markets.
- English: Fluent (C1)
- Estonian: Fluent/Native (C1)
- Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia
- Experience with B2B GTM strategies and managing growth KPIs.
Nice to have
- Experience working with European or North American markets.
