Senior Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid work and residence in Tallinn required

Salary: €2,000–€3,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
• Plan and manage campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Build product positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and scalable marketing processes.
• Analyze campaign performance, manage growth KPIs and budgets, and optimize activities based on data.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Design, external partners, agencies, and freelancers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience building B2B go-to-market strategies and launching products internationally.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Fluent or native Estonian is mandatory.
• Must be based in Tallinn and able to work in a hybrid format.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience working with European or North American markets.
