What you will do

• Provide leadership and technical oversight for WPE programming, ensuring safe and survivor-centered service delivery.
• Supervise WPE staff, including case workers and outreach teams, promoting a supportive and accountable team culture.
• Ensure high-quality implementation of GBV case management, PSS, and emergency response services.
• Manage grant implementation, including budget tracking, donor reporting, and compliance.
• Represent the organization in inter-agency coordination mechanisms and strengthen referral pathways.
• Lead partnerships with local NGOs, providing technical mentoring and capacity building.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health, social sciences, gender studies, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in GBV/VAWG programming within emergency and conflict settings.
• Demonstrated experience managing field-based teams in insecure environments.
• Strong technical expertise in GBV case management and CRSV response.
• English fluency required; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in grant management and donor compliance.
