Salary: 23,900 - 32,800 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the gameplay QA team, fostering accountability and continuous skill growth.
• Implement the project's overarching QA strategy into practical testing approaches and measurable outcomes.
• Own testing execution and milestone verification to ensure gameplay quality standards are met.
• Monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and bug trends to identify risks and build mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Development, and external vendors to coordinate gameplay requests and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvements in QA workflows, tools, and reporting models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing QA teams.
• 5+ years of experience in direct performance management and career development.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, bug workflows, and quality reporting.
• Experience with game engines and editors, preferably Unreal Engine.
• Ability to execute testing strategies covering integration, stress, performance, and stability.
• Experience with performance analysis, profiling tools (e.g., Unreal Insights), and crash debugging.

Nice to have

• Experience working on AAA titles.
• Background in User Experience Research (UXR) and usability testing.
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for the Cyberpunk universe and large-scale RPGs.
