Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia. Hybrid work model: Expected in the office Monday to Thursday, with Friday as a remote option.

What you will do
- Build and lead the Originals team in Colombia, including Project Managers and Producers.
- Define and execute regional growth strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue and operational KPIs.
- Manage the local portfolio of experiences and ensure market penetration through data-driven analysis.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with senior stakeholders in the entertainment and real estate sectors.
- Negotiate and close business deals with major local partners to expand the network.
- Audit team performance and provide coaching to ensure quality and revenue goals are met.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, startups, or consulting.
- Fluent English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven experience managing large teams.
- MBA from a top-tier school is preferred.
- Advanced commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate high-value deals.
- Not suitable for candidates with an event production background.
