What you will do
- Develop responsive and accessible landing pages, campaign pages, and partner sites using React and Next.js.
- Design and execute end-to-end A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels.
- Manage the analytics stack, including Amplitude, GTM, and GA4, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.
- Optimize web performance (Core Web Vitals) and ensure SEO and accessibility standards.
- Build scalable, templatized systems to improve the efficiency of launching new marketing pages.
- Implement localization and internationalization for a global customer base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development, preferably in growth or ecommerce.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude and tracking via GTM/GA4.
- Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests with a focus on statistical significance.
- Expertise in web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
- Must be based in Milan for on-site work.
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO/AEO and structured data.
- Knowledge of server-side conversion tracking (CAPI).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and Figma-to-code workflows.
- Familiarity with headless CMS and media asset pipelines.
