TL;DR
Senior / Staff Software Engineer, Mobile — Core (Account & Risk): Own end-to-end account-system subsystems for a CeFi platform, including authentication, MFA, Passkey/WebAuthn, and account registration & recovery, with an accent on secure, low-friction flows at millions-of-DAU scale. Focus on threat-model-driven mobile defenses, raising engineering standards through design/code review, and building an AI-native engineering practice with automated workflows that improve delivery quality and efficiency.

What you will do
- Own account-system subsystems end-to-end: authentication, MFA, Passkey/WebAuthn, session & device trust, and account registration & recovery.
- Design secure, low-friction user flows that work reliably at millions-of-DAU scale.
- Partner with risk & security teams to turn threat models into shipped mobile defenses.
- Build an AI-native engineering practice: automated development workflows using agents/evals/guardrails with CI integration, while safeguarding delivery quality and efficiency.
- Raise the bar via design and code review; at Staff level, set technical direction and drive cross-team decisions.
Requirements
- Location: Must have a current right to work in Hong Kong and not require OKX visa sponsorship.
- Deep, hands-on experience building native iOS and/or Android; understand the platform beyond frameworks.
- Experience with a cross-platform/shared business-logic layer; strong plus for Rust-on-mobile (shared-logic approaches like KMP, Flutter, or React Native are valued).
- Fluency in at least one of: Swift, Kotlin, Rust, Objective-C, Java, or JavaScript, with strong CS fundamentals.
- Architecture experience with large-scale mobile apps, owning solutions from requirements through production.
- Hands-on mobile authentication & security experience (OAuth/OIDC, MFA, secure storage, biometrics) with strong advantage for Passkey/WebAuthn/FIDO2; solid threat modeling and mobile attack-surface understanding.
Nice to have
- Fraud/risk, cryptography, or regulated-industry (fintech) experience.
- Experience with mini-program or dynamic/hot-update frameworks.
- Crypto trading/Web3 experience.
