🚀Affiliate Manager (Africa) | Sports Betting & Casino | Limassol, Cyprus
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join a fast-growing iGaming company and drive affiliate partnerships across the African market.
📍 Limassol, Cyprus
🏢 Full-time | Hybrid
Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates across Africa
• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliate partners
• Negotiate commercial deals and optimize campaign performance
• Monitor ROI, affiliate activity, and budgets
• Manage commission setup and affiliate payments
• Conduct competitor research and identify new partnership opportunities
• Travel regularly to industry events and partner meetings
Requirements:
• Strong experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience in Sports Betting or Casino is a must
• Experience working with CPA networks in Africa is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of tracking and postback technologies
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Fluent English (Russian/Ukrainian is a plus)
• Already based in Cyprus
