What you will do
- Analyze wafer sort, final test, and inline process data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for monitoring metrics across product and test stages.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting tools to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Test, Process, Yield, and Quality Engineers and suppliers to integrate solutions with production-line systems.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for non-standard semiconductor engineering problems.
- Support production-line quality shield deployment and ongoing sustainment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python or R and experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and matplotlib.
- Familiarity with SQL and large-scale databases.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and test processes.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, electronics, or data analytics.
