What you will do

• Manage a team of 8–10 colleagues including software developers, QA engineers, and product owners across different locations.
• Ensure high team performance and facilitate the continuous professional development of staff.
• Coordinate and lead the delivery of product increments for the Columna Cura suite.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on expected results and project goals.
• Monitor, report, and achieve KPIs for the team and the broader organization.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience as a project manager with a technical background in IT projects.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years and present a clean criminal record.
