Application Builder, Ring (Android) (Kotlin/Java, iOS): Building and shipping native mobile features for the Ring home security app with an accent on Android development, clean architecture, reliability, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Location: Warsaw, Poland
Salary: 19,166 PLN gross per month for full-time work; part-time compensation is prorated.

What you will do
- Design, build, test, and ship native features for the Ring app, primarily on Android.
- Contribute to iOS development when required, using modern platform APIs and clean architecture.
- Use AI-powered tools for code generation, testing, code reviews, debugging, documentation, and defect resolution.
- Improve architecture, performance, reliability, maintainability, and observability.
- Collaborate with product, UX, backend, cloud, firmware, and platform teams on end-to-end experiences.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, issue resolution, and operational support.
Requirements
- Professional, non-internship software development experience.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Android mobile application development experience with Java and Kotlin.
- Experience contributing to architecture and design, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices, source control, testing, build processes, and operations.
- Experience with Git, automated tests, performance optimization, REST services, or both Android and iOS platforms.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in production.
