What you will do

• Lead complex design initiatives to ensure solutions are innovative, user-friendly, and aligned with client objectives.
• Act as a trusted design advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide design teams in creating high-quality visual and interactive designs that meet business and user needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to balance creative vision with technical scalability and feasibility.
• Manage the end-to-end design process from discovery and ideation to prototyping and user testing.
• Own the scope and development of new consulting opportunities and pitch processes.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business strategy to user experience.
• Deep understanding of human psychology, behavioral needs, and social sciences.
• Ability to create integrated strategies blending business, technology, and user needs.
• Proficiency in designing and conducting user research, market evaluations, and competitive analyses.
• Experience in stakeholder alignment through collaborative workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Must be based in the US (specifically New York, NY)

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise and agency environments.
• Background in Data Science or AI/ML.
• Experience in IT infrastructure or professional services consulting.
• Specialization in Sustainability Strategy, CX Optimization, or Brand Strategy.
