What you will do

• Architect and scale global production infrastructure using Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
• Design high-scale developer tooling, ephemeral environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solve complex distributed systems problems and optimize live production footprints.
• Define platform standards and reference architectures for a 1–3 year horizon.
• Act as a technical leader, balancing feature velocity with long-term technical debt.
• Mentor team members and consult on infrastructure best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in high-scale infrastructure, production engineering, or developer platform roles.
• 7+ years of experience in at least one backend language (Go, Python, Java, C++, C#, or Rust).
• 5+ years of deep expertise in distributed systems, CAP theorem, and distributed tracing.
• Robust experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of Linux internals, networking protocols, and resource isolation.
• Proven track record of debugging distributed architectures and identifying design edge cases.

• Experience using AI coding assistants to accelerate engineering velocity.
