What you will do

• Use Blueprint scripting to create gameplay content and other scripted/systemic elements across the game world.
• Design and block out world geometry to support the intended player experience.
• Collaborate with world architects and other teams to implement the project’s creative vision.
• Own difficult or novel cross-disciplinary sequences from initial conception through completion.
• Work with multi-disciplinary strike teams across focus areas such as combat, AI, progression, exploration, and narrative.
• Mentor junior designers and help them grow their skills.

Requirements

• Shipped at least one AAA title as a designer.
• 5+ years of professional experience in video game design.
• Strong collaboration skills across time zones in a global, multi-site organization.
• Ability to work independently in small pods and collaboratively in larger teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle competing priorities under pressure and ambiguity.
