What you will do

• Consolidate and analyze portfolio data across multiple global initiatives to produce regular performance insights.
• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards for benefits tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage the central portfolio repository via SharePoint, including governance templates and documentation.
• Coordinate portfolio review cycles, track actions, and support the onboarding of new initiatives.
• Develop executive-level presentations and refine narratives for senior leadership.
• Support the design and optimization of portfolio management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in PMO, portfolio coordination, business analysis, or operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial tracking, data consolidation) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical mindset regarding budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work in a global environment with strong stakeholder communication skills.
