Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Execute month-end close for all manufacturing and inventory related tasks.
• Perform job/work order closure processes and analyze material, labor, and volume variances.
• Translate production plans into weekly, quarterly, and yearly financial forecasts.
• Maintain robust master data, including standard costs, and ensure SOX internal controls compliance.
• Drive productivity initiatives, cost savings, and implement automation in reporting.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate data flow and guide compliant cycle counts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of on-site presence at the Zejtun facility.
• Proficient English (written and verbal communication skills).
• Capability to effectively manage a direct report.
