Architect & Engineering Manager - UK (Security)

Location: United Kingdom - Remote; home-office based, covering the Midlands and South West, with regular UK travel and occasional trips to the Nordic countries.

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with A&E programme members and new consultants.
• Advise consultants on specifications for Axis network products and support focus accounts.
• Educate specifiers on industry challenges and position Axis as a trusted security advisor.
• Train specifiers to use Axis design tools for accurate system design and operational efficiency.
• Define and execute actions aligned with EMEA, Northern and Eastern Europe, and UK & Ireland priorities.
• Coordinate with sales teams and global A&E peers to develop project pipelines and share best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing and executing business plans that deliver strong results.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience building professional networks and stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Participation in industry forums and associations.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience in security, surveillance, or building technology.
