What you will do

• Lead and mentor Character Artists and Animators through regular 1-on-1s and professional coaching.
• Develop and track career paths, identify training needs, and manage performance issues.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to shape the strategic vision for Animation and Character Art.
• Coordinate resource planning with project leads to ensure efficient delivery of game features.
• Identify and implement workflow and process improvements based on industry best practices.
• Foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven management experience in a game development environment.
• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop professional talent.
• Advanced skills in planning, prioritization, and cross-functional communication.
• Solid understanding of animation and character art processes and game development pipelines.
• Fluent in Polish.
• English: C1 level required.

• Knowledge of game project lifecycles and agile frameworks.
• Deep understanding of technical game development pipelines.
