What you will do

• Architect, design, and deploy backend systems and APIs to support platform growth.
• Develop complex algorithms for demand prediction, real-time pricing, routing, and fraud detection.
• Lead features and initiatives from ideation to execution in close collaboration with Product teams.
• Promote engineering best practices and share knowledge through tech talks.
• Contribute to the product development roadmap with technical ideas and feedback.

Requirements

• Expertise in microservice architecture, API design, and distributed high-volume systems.
• Strong proficiency in writing clean, secure, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience with cloud systems (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and relational databases.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tallinn office.
• Ability to leverage AI tools daily to optimize workflow and productivity.
