Location: Hybrid in Jakarta, Indonesia (average 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day management and professional development of Social Media Officers.
• Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
• Collaborate with creative teams, content specialists, and designers to produce appealing and informative content.
• Manage publishing calendars, messaging, and visual sourcing in accordance with the content marketing strategy.
• Monitor and handle community engagement, escalating posts according to established brand policies.
• Analyze social listening data, themes, and formats to generate leads and improve audience engagement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in social media, content, or online brand marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of current and emerging social media channels.
• Proficiency with social media analytics and listening tools.
• Superior writing and copy editing skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
