What you will do

• Own end-to-end quality assurance, including test strategy, design, and acceptance validation.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing of new features in greenfield environments.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, integration, and E2E using Playwright.
• Define and evolve a regression testing approach focused on high-risk areas like billing and authentication.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to validate acceptance criteria and manage defects through resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in QA engineering, covering both manual and automated testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with UI test automation using Playwright.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for test development.
• Solid experience in API testing using Postman or JS/TS-based frameworks.
• Understanding of microservices architectures and CI/CD integration principles.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience with performance or load testing.
• Experience with contract testing (Pact) or event-driven testing (Kafka).
• Knowledge of authentication and SSO flows (AWS Cognito, OIDC).
• Exposure to telecom, CPaaS, or UCaaS domains.
• Experience with Jira Xray or TestRail.
