Project Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between the development team and key stakeholders.
• Plan, prioritize, and track development tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Collaborate with the Product team to refine new game concepts, mechanics, and features.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate the game certification process and ensure compliance with platform requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer in game or software development.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken) are required.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
