What you will do

• Define KPIs, identify business opportunities, and estimate their impact using data.
• Support the development and launch of the hirify.global Wallet through analytical recommendations.
• Analyze payment, transaction, and financial data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product changes.
• Build dashboards, datasets, and analytical models using Snowflake and Looker.
• Explore opportunities within the evolving AI landscape to enhance data insights.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Effective data visualization and storytelling skills.
• English: Fluent (C1) required

Nice to have

• Experience with transactional, payments, fintech, or marketplace data.
• Exposure to financial products, payment systems, reconciliation, or tax-related analytics.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
