What you will do

• Manage and mentor the Digital Services Experts team, defining training plans and KPIs.
• Maintain and support hardware, systems, and applications for automatic inspection and personalization.
• Ensure data traceability and interpretation within the digital systems scope.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and NPI departments to realize technical projects.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and work instructions for maintenance interventions.
• Drive continuous improvement exercises in a LEAN manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• MQF level 5 or higher in ICT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital systems, variable data printing, and system integrations.
• Strong proficiency in C#, SQL database management, and scripting.
• Experience with camera-based inspection systems and high-level IT troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Zejtun, Malta.

Nice to have

• Certifications in project management or ITIL.
• Interest or experience in Industry 4.0.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
