What you will do

• Provide detailed technical guidance to clients to ensure successful implementation of tracking technology.
• Isolate errors within client setups quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Review fellow team members' work for technical sign-off.
• Report and escalate platform bugs and technical issues.
• Administer internal and external knowledge bases.
• Test new platform developments and features.

Requirements

• Knowledge of web languages: HTML, SQL, JavaScript (PHP is a plus).
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and their application.
• Fluent English and German language skills (C1+).
• IT-related degree or relevant professional work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
