Release Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee software release processes to ensure smooth production deployments.
• Manage change and incident processes, including participating in CAB meetings to assess scope and risks.
• Synchronize deployment activities across development, application support, and infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate complex releases across multiple countries and international partners.
• Plan, schedule, and execute deployments to align business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide occasional on-call support for releases outside of standard working hours.

Requirements

• Experience in Release Management with strong knowledge of Change and Incident Management.
• Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with software deployment in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to synchronize activities between diverse technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with service management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with GIT, Jenkins, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software deployment methodologies.
