What you will do

• Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC targeting iGaming audiences.
• Optimize campaign performance across all platforms to maximize ROMI and player acquisition.
• Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad assets tailored to each platform.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve engagement.
• Manage and scale UAC campaigns, including creative asset feeds and audience signals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and/or Google UAC, preferably in LATAM markets.
• Strong proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads/UAC, Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with acquisition tools such as Keitaro, Voluum, WebView/iOS/PWA Apps, Cloak Flow, and AppsFlyer.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics including CPA, CPM, CPC, CTR, and ROMI.
• Proven ability to manage and scale monthly budgets of $50,000+ while maintaining profitable CPAs.
