What you will do

• Answer technical questions regarding designated products via phone, email, and letter in a professional manner.
• Identify, handle, and report adverse events and defective product reports according to strict SOPs.
• Translate medical documents between English and Spanish and perform quality checks on these responses.
• Log all enquiries accurately and comprehensively in client databases.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and professional pharmaceutical industry guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on correspondence and safety reports to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in Serbia or Croatia.
• Completed degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• Spanish: C1 level or Mother tongue.
• English: C1 level or Fluency.
• Strong translation skills and an excellent professional phone manner.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work unsupervised.
