Design Visualization Supervisor (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead the visualization and immersive team across rendering, animation, and VR/MR/HMD interactive experiences.
• Define team direction, resource allocation, and quality standards for digital assets.
• Drive the development of visualization assets for design reviews and program milestones.
• Supervise and coach team members, supporting their performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with design, CMF, digital sculpting, and engineering teams to align with business needs.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality storytelling content, including still images, films, and configurators.

Requirements

• Strong background in automotive visualization, immersive technology, or digital content development.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional delivery.
• Proficiency with tools such as VRED, Unreal Engine, Blender, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of rendering, animation, and real-time visualization workflows.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, prioritize projects, and solve complex problems.
• Strong eye for design quality, lighting, materials, and storytelling.
