What you will do

• Conduct detailed sessions with Product Managers and stakeholders to capture business initiatives.
• Translate initiatives into BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and complex system logic.
• Prepare flow diagrams and process maps to eliminate ambiguity.
• Manage structured tickets (EPICs, Features, Stories, Sub-tasks) with measurable acceptance criteria.
• Define data and reporting requirements in collaboration with BI teams.
• Participate in UAT and validate outcomes for QA to ensure functional alignment with specifications.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
