Data Science Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and implement basic machine learning models and algorithms under senior guidance.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and continuous learning activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data science principles and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Must be able to work onsite in Singapore (Shugart site).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for working with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
