TL;DR

iOS Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing the native iOS experience for an AI-powered Neobank app with an accent on clean user flows, performance, and reliability. Focus on integrating complex financial services, implementing on-device AI features, and ensuring high-quality mobile architecture.

Location: Must be based in Taiwan. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the Taipei office.

What you will do

  • Build and ship native iOS features using Swift.
  • Create intuitive mobile flows for payments, insurance, and financial services.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
  • Integrate backend APIs and ensure stable, secure mobile performance.
  • Optimize app responsiveness, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
  • Implement AI-assisted experiences that genuinely enhance the user journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of iOS development experience using Swift.
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Must be based in Taiwan and able to work from the Taipei office 3 days/week.
  • Proficiency in SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS architecture patterns.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
  • Strong sense of mobile UX, usability, and edge-case handling.

Nice to have

  • Experience with TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
  • Portfolio of shipped work (App Store links, GitHub, or screenshots).
