TL;DR
Content & Influencer Marketing Specialist (Gamedev): Creating engaging social content and managing creator partnerships to drive store traffic and community engagement with an accent on short-form video production and influencer outreach. Focus on building relationships with gaming communities and executing in-store activations across the U.S.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Irvine and Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $39,000–$65,000 per annum

What you will do
- Create, film, edit, and publish short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Discord.
- Source, vet, and manage relationships with creators, streamers, and esports talent.
- Coordinate product seeding, campaign deliverables, and creator visits.
- Support community activations, including GameFests, launch parties, and meet-and-greets.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, esports clubs, and local gaming communities.
- Track campaign performance and contribute to store traffic and conversion goals.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord ecosystems.
- Proven experience in filming and editing short-form video content.
- Must be available for events and activations across the U.S., including some weekends.
- Must be able to work from both the Irvine office and the Los Angeles RazerStore.
- Portfolio or samples of content creation work required with application.
