What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of Digital Asset Management (DAM) within Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Enforce metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions to ensure content discoverability and compliance.
• Administer claims and references libraries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track content lifecycle performance and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams to drive operational excellence.
• Conduct audits to assess metadata completeness and drive continuous improvement of data quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content operations, DAM, or marketing operations, preferably in biotech or pharma.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar regulated content management systems.
• Solid understanding of content lifecycle processes, including PRC/MRC review and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing DAM libraries, claims repositories, and metadata structures.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Veeva Vault certification.
• Experience supporting modular content and content reuse strategies.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
