What you will do

• Execute complex visual effects accurately and efficiently for feature and episodic projects.
• Tackle technically challenging shots that require high-level problem-solving.
• Collaborate with show and art directors to align effects with the project's creative vision.
• Develop and implement reusable FX rigs and templates to ensure visual consistency.
• Conduct R&D and proof-of-concept tests for complex effects.
• Mentor junior artists and provide troubleshooting support to foster team growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual effects for animation, film, or television.
• Expert-level proficiency in Houdini and/or Maya.
• Solid experience with Nuke or similar compositing tools.
• Strong artistic eye with a deep understanding of timing, motion, and physics.
• Proven experience in mentoring artists and leading complex effects work.
• Ability to optimize FX for performance and render efficiency.
