Location: Must be based in NYC and work on-site 5 days a week

Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own analytics for new user activation and habit formation from signup through the first week.
• Design and execute experiments to improve the early-life user journey.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong data foundations for the growth activation team.
• Translate data insights into strategic product decisions.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in data science or product analytics, ideally in consumer products.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling.
• Deep experience in designing and running end-to-end experiments with statistical rigor.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
• Self-starter mentality with an ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience at a fast-growing consumer app or product-led growth startup.
• Background in activation, lifecycle, or growth analytics.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (agents, prompting) in daily work.
• Passion for music or creative tools.
