What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop a deep understanding of technical and non-technical roles to effectively assess candidates.
• Manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular progress reports.
• Support broader human resources and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Must be available to work in a hybrid model, attending the Quito office one day per week.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATS/TMS platforms.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
