What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of integrated case management and MHPSS services aligned with international standards.
• Directly supervise and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of response officers and psychosocial support facilitators.
• Oversee data collection, management, and reporting to ensure compliance with data protection and donor requirements.
• Coordinate with internal health and economic recovery programs, as well as external UN agencies and local clusters.
• Conduct regular field monitoring visits to assess service quality and adapt programming to evolving humanitarian needs.
• Promote staff well-being and maintain a culture of ethical, survivor-centered service delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field (Bachelor's with substantial experience accepted).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in case management or MHPSS programming in humanitarian contexts.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or senior technical role.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and oral) is required.
• Proven experience working in conflict-affected or fragile settings.
• Strong knowledge of GBV case management standards, IASC MHPSS Guidelines, and SPHERE standards.
