What you will do

• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Java-based automated test suites for hirify.global DataFlow.
• Build and evolve Kubernetes-based test infrastructure to validate releases across diverse environments.
• Design complex test plans and automated validation methodologies integrated into CI/CD.
• Lead deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for distributed system failures at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering to bake quality into code from day one and make testability a first-class design requirement.

Requirements

• Strong Java proficiency for writing clean, performant code in a distributed context.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including simulating complex cluster failures.
• Experience designing automated test plans and methodologies integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with Linux and debugging software in Linux environments.
• Experience with test frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, and Mockito.
• English: excellent professional proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.

Nice to have

• Experience with data flow management tools such as Apache NiFi.
• Experience deploying to AWS, Azure, or GCP and using Ansible or Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Hands-on experience with Python.
