What you will do

• Own the end-to-end hiring process, from defining role requirements to closing candidates.
• Build and manage the recruiting team, starting as a player-coach.
• Optimize the inbound pipeline and candidate experience to ensure top talent is not lost.
• Manage and improve work trials as a core part of the assessment process.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define organizational structure, leveling, and compensation.
• Leverage AI tools and the Ashby ATS to automate and improve recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring technical talent in high-growth environments.
• Ability to hold credible technical conversations with scientists and engineers.
• Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Lausanne.
• Strong understanding of how to assess quality in specialized technical domains.
• Experience using AI tools to automate and optimize recruiting pipelines.
• Startup mindset with the ability to operate with high autonomy and speed.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Swiss labor market.
